Cancellation or No Show Policy:
Scheduled courses:  No show or late cancellations can seriously impact the viability of a course, and can preclude others from attending a scheduled course.

Private Custom training: If private training is cancelled at short notice or there is a no show, then this prevents us from booking that session to another client and thus incur loss of income.

Therefore any training cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice prior to the session time, will incur an invoice for full payment of the course.
